Worked with Orientation and Student Affairs stakeholders and student leaders to create, implement, and assess programs that created community by assisting at events, assisting in event planning, and following work direction of staff and the paid facilitator role families, introducing them to campus and referring to resources at Thurgood Marshall College.
Participated in a year-long program, completing components teaching alongside faculty at the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD), meeting regularly with SDCCD and UC San Diego administrators and mentoring undergraduate community college students, along with participation in workshops and completion of monthly reflections.
Conducted archival research about the institutionalization of Asian American studies at UC San Diego, contributed to building a digital archive documenting the history of Asian American student activism,
facilitated student engagements with alumni, and conducted oral histories with the alumni community.
