Co-Curricular Record (CCR) Validation

validation guideEach position listed on a student's CCR Transcript must first be verified by a UCSD staff or faculty member through what's known as the Validation Process. This crucial requirement helps ensure accuracy and accountability for the campus-wide iniative.

Validation occurs each academic year, for each position, and can be completed as soon as the student meets the 30-hour participation requirement. The process can be initiated by a student requesting validation, or managed independently by the staff/faculty validator.
