  • CAPS Outreach Program Graduate Assistant (Counseling & Psychiatric Services)
    • Assisted the Triton Flourish initiative with the creation and delivery of strength-based programming to educate and assist students, staff, and faculty to increase resilience, build tools for emotional coping, and prevent mental illness. Reflect on and apply concepts personally to better communicate concepts and educate the campus community.
  • Peer Educator (CAPS - GAPSWell Associate, Student Health & Well-Being)
    • Served as a peer educator aiming to foster an environment of learning and trust in order to address individual and community responses related to physical, mental, and social well-being issues that students at UC San Diego may experience.
  • Undergraduate Mentee (Physical Sciences Cohort Program, School of Physical Sciences)
    • Participated in a year-long program focused on forming disciplined-based learning communities, received mentorship and tailored academic support aimed to develop confidence, strengthen study skills, and learn the value of collaborative study.
  • Triton RISE Well-Being & Community Engagement Certified Recipient (Student Health & Well-Being)
    • Participated in strength-based experiential programming, including workshops and community forums, designed to build skills for resilience, increase well-being, nurture a community of care and create a flourishing life.
