All UCSD students can earn CCR recognition by participating in eligible Career Center programs, activities and events!
In Fall Quarter 2026, UCSD's Career Center and Commons' Experiential Learning team launched a collaborative CCR opportunity: the Career Pathway to Success Program.
This allows any current student to add the experience to their CCR Transcript after completion of these two requirements:

Through participation in the Career Center’s Career Pathway to Success Program in the Co-Curricular Record (CCR), students are empowered to explore diverse opportunities beyond the classroom, preparing them to make a meaningful impact in their future careers and communities. They will develop essential skills in critical thinking, effective communication, resource awareness and leadership, allowing them to hit the ground running as UC San Diego students and building on the competencies of existing Career Center services and programs.
The opportunity to earn official recognition on the Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is open to any current UCSD student, allowing equitable access to all undergraduate and graduate students.
Your participation in programs, workshops and events will be automatically tracked by the Career Center and Experiential Learning Team.
Student participants can receive CCR Validation once they have met the 30-hour participation requirement and added the Career Pathway to Success Program to their record in the REAL Portal.
If you have completed your hours before the validation deadline and would like the position added to your CCR Transcript, please email the program Validators so they can verify your hours:
Otherwise, all students who meet the participation requirement will be automatically validated after June 30th, 2027.
